As a facial specialist, I believe the best skin care is Holistic. My facials incorporate my belief that beautiful skin is achieved through body, mind and soul. Every facial is customized for you. When you come into my room, I want you to feel that you are entering a safe haven.
I became an esthetician because I love helping people. Being a Reiki Master (energy work) also helps me give you the best possible experience and the best results.
After graduating from Chamberlain Adult in 2000 as a facial specialist, I have worked full time honing my craft. For the previous 5 years I was the lead esthetician at DI Body and Boutique. Since December 2009, I am now practicing at Islander Massage and Skincare.

My passion for massage therapy began the moment I realized the amazing transformations that can take place within your body after receiving a massage. As a massage client myself, I loved how massage made me feel, particularly during stressful periods. My strong desire to help others reduce tension and stress and alleviate pain as well as the many astonishing benefits of massage therapy are what ultimately drove me to pursue my training from Cortiva Institute - School of Massage Therapy.
I have certifications in Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy and Swedish Massage in addition to training in Sports Massage and Hot Stone Massage. I am a past Board member of the Florida State Massage Therapy Association (FSMTA) – Tampa Bay Chapter and am also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
I look forward to helping you feel your very best. You deserve it!

My bodywork is based on the belief that relaxation is therapy. I incorporate relaxation techniques into all modalities. All sessions are tailored to your needs and challenges on that day and also working towards a larger goal of better health.
Clients often ask me why I chose massage therapy. It came from an innate desire to take care of others. I enjoy helping clients reach their wellness goals. I am humbled and amazed by the simpicity and effectiveness of bodywork everyday!
I received my massage therapy training at Suncoast II School of Massage Therapy. After graduation in February 2005, I began practicing massage full time. Since graduation I have also received additional training in Prenatal Massage, Reflexology, Hot Stone Therapy, and Stretching.
I am currently studing the John F. Barnes method of Myofascial Release. I plan to make this the focus of my bodywork practice. It's amazing work, come evolve with me!
I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
